UX Designer
I look at the end to end experience and ask why. Why are we doing this? What is the problem we're trying to solve? Personas, competitive analysis, user story mapping, and user journeys are my every day tools in bringing great interactions for the end user.
UI Designer
My art school background is in communication design. From wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to creating and contributing to design systems, I create intuitive visuals backed by data-driven decisions.
Communicator
Communication is key to keep my team aligned. I frequently lead meetings and facilitate design workshops with clients/stakeholders.
Teacher/Mentor
I've taught college level courses in web design, UX and UI in both New York City and Toronto. I've also done career coaching and am currently teaching a bootcamp remotely.

Redesign & Rebranding

Worked with stakeholders and a third party vendor to audit content, re-brand and re-design for the public facing side of an online trading platform. It won numerous awards and is ranked as one of the best Canadian brokerages owned by a bank.

Design for Multi-User B2B Portals

Led story mapping and requirement gathering sessions, identifying personas and user journeys while working with business analysts and stakeholders. Established opportunities for a more efficient process within a complex system for banking clients.

Revamping Legacy Systems

Led collaborative sessions with teams of business analysts, stakeholders, and developers in re-imagining legacy systems in order to develop the best in class experience. As as team, the leading Valuation Management software in the US, supporting 200+ funds in commercial real estate was brought together.

Improving Process

Always seeking opportunities for transparency among teams and methods to improve the design and production process. Established reviews between UI/UX and developers to ensure smooth hand-offs, cohesive behaviour and consistent branding.
